The two principal shareholders sharing the management of the company are The Water Association of the West Bohemia Region and the French company SUEZ, an international expert in water and waste management. The principal shareholders are equally represented in statutory bodies. At the present time, the company has 580 employees and is divided into 23 specialized operations centers.
